- Feel like your own beautiful self, with no pain or embarrassing digestive noises and symptoms.
- Reduce gas and bloating and start feeling comfortable in your pants again.
- Have regular bowel movements and stop feeling full, heavy, and uncomfortable.
- Improve your confidence by not having to run to the nearest restroom because of diarrhea.

“A few years ago, in a period of significant change and stress, my digestion started going awry. I also started having all sorts of symptoms that I didn’t understand were related to my guts. It felt like I was aging by the day. That is when I decided to deepen my knowledge of Ayurveda and when I realized I could make it a profession. Becoming an Ayurveda Health Counselor has created unique opportunities to help others, and given me the tools to balance and heal myself and my family. Prevention is the most powerful medicine. Knowing how to assess what my body needs to stay balanced and healthy is possibly the best gift I have given myself. I am passionate about Ayurveda because I know everybody can benefit from it, you included. I would love to have the opportunity to guide you on your path toward good digestion with Ayurveda.”

What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is the knowledge of life and longevity. It helps you understand yourself better, stay healthy, and live fully.
This medicine originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is rooted in Sankhya philosophy, the same as Buddhism and Yoga. According to Ayurveda, good digestion is vital to good health. We are what we eat and digest, and poor digestion is at the root of all illnesses. With Ayurveda, you learn to balance your digestion and make appropriate food choices that will make you feel better.
Ayurveda is a science of habits. Small changes in diet and lifestyle have a cumulative effect over time. It never is too late to adopt good habits. They can help overcome health problems that have been developing over a lifetime.
Ayurveda can help with weight gain, acne, bloating, gas, constipation, burning indigestion, hair loss, emotional instability, skin conditions, low immunity, fatigue and lethargy, inflammation, autoimmune diseases, and so much more.
I’m here to help you

Ayurveda is based on the principle that everything is made up of five elements – Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. These elements make up three vital energies or doshas – Vata, Pitta, Kapha – that are responsible for all body processes. We all have the three doshas in unique proportions in our constitution, making us unique.
When you learn which vital energies and elements are predominant within you, you start to understand how the food you eat and the things you do impact your health. You also start recognizing signs of imbalance and learn how to bring back balance before developing a disease. You start taking charge of your health.
